Paul Patel is one of the original founders of Summit. Mr. Patel has an extensive background in the computer industry, including sales, technical support and service both in the Federal and Commercial markets. Mr. Patel is responsible for providing overall strategic leadership and general management of Summit. His key focus is new business development and developing strategic partnerships with technology vendors and service providers. Mr. Patel received an MBA in Finance and International Business and a BS in Accounting, and brings over 20+ years of progressive experience to Summit.
Christopher Calma is one of the original founders of Summit. Mr. Calma provides Summit and our clients technology guidance leveraging his 20+ years of progressive knowledge in systems architecture, design, database, and web development skills. Mr. Calma received a BS in Computer Science and Engineering and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM). Prior to starting Summit, Chris consulted for several prominent Fortune 500 corporations.
Smita Poudrier received a Masters of Science in Taxation from the University of Hartford and a BS in Accounting from MIU. Ms. Poudrier completed her CPA requirements, working most recently at Ernst & Young prior to joining Summit. Ms. Poudrier and her staff handle all financial, accounting, payroll, and taxation aspects, including compliance and regulations with federal and state policies.
He has over 25 years of progressive experience in Information Technology and working with commercial and federal customers. Prior to joining Summit Technology, Mr. Goff was the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) For TELESIS Corporation. He aligned technology with business strategy integrating industry best practices with the latest technologies. Mr. Goff has worked at the highest levels, overseeing large portfolios of projects in multiple technologies while simultaneously developing innovative technology solutions and institutionalizing best practices. Mr. Goff was a Program Manager at the Treasury Department and for the National Institutes of Health. He served as the CIO for Thomson Financial’ s Institutional Shareholder Services. Mr. Goff holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh and is PMP certified.
Elle has extensive experience in leading teams in discovering and applying knowledge management (KM), innovation, and process improvements capabilities to optimize individual and organizational performance. She has spearheaded a number of highly creative and adaptable initiatives in the private and public sectors, including providing enhanced KM and performance management support provided to the Federal government, including the extremely successful accomplishments realized within the United States Army Combined Arms Support Command located in Fort Lee, Virginia. Elle is highly effective in building strong client relationships and leveraging top-notch talent to deliver cost-effectively business intelligence, KM and performance management solutions. As CKO, Elle is responsible for leading and executing Summit's KM strategy, including process improvement, and performance management business development efforts. Elle is a Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM).
